submarine USS Salt Lake City (SSN 716) pulls alongside
USS Frank Cable. The Frank Cable is one of two forward
deployed submarine tenders that provide vital services
to submarines while away from their homeports. The Salt
Lake City is a Los Angeles class fast attack submarine
