Atlantic Ocean (Mar. 13, 2004) -- A Sailor assigned to
the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80)
tosses a forward line to Sailors aboard the fast-attack
submarine USS Toledo (SSN 769) during a small boat
transfer evolution using a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat
(RHIB). Roosevelt is part of the USS John F. Kennedy (CV
67) Carrier Strike Group (CSG) and is currently taking
part in a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX),
which is an intermediate level training exercise,
designed to forge ships in the Kennedy CSG into a
