Pascagoula, Miss. (Jan. 25, 2005) -- Sailors load crates of supplies to
be delivered in Haiti aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan
(LHA 2). Saipan is on scheduled deployment to the U.S. Southern Command
(NAVSO) area of responsibility in support of New Horizons, the
humanitarian assistance efforts in Haiti. As part of New Horizons, U.S.
forces will build schoolhouses, drill wells and provide medical
