Per fess Azure and paly of 13 Gules and Argent, in pale
a sword point to base light blue, winged fesswise in
chief of the like, the blade surmounted in base by a
lamp or enflamed of the third and fourth, all within a
diminished bordure of the fifth. Motto: ANY TIME, ANY
PLACE. Approved on 6 Jun 1963; replaced emblem approved
on 4 Dec 1934.
