a White disc, edged Black, a pirate running habited with
a Black cape, a Brown blouse, collared Black; a White
sash, trimmed Black; trousers and leggings, Black with
White laces; on his head a cap of Red and White; the
right foot resting on a horizontal aerial bomb, Red,
thereon a White strip marked with eleven Maltese crosses
Black, and hurling a hand grenade Black, fired proper.
